Returns and Refunds
Effective August 21, 2026. This is an interim policy published ahead of review by counsel; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
The promise
Every listing is anchored to an exact printing, and many carry photographs of the actual item. If what arrives is not what was listed, you are covered.
When you can open a claim
Open a claim if your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or arrives materially different from the listing: wrong card, wrong printing, wrong language or finish, or a condition clearly worse than described. Open the claim within 3 days of the tracked delivery date so the details are fresh on both sides.
How claims are resolved
Claims are decided against the listing itself: its stated condition, its photographs where the seller provided them, and the shipment's tracking record. Photograph what you received, including the packaging when it is relevant, and attach it to the claim. Where a listing carried photographs of the actual card, those photographs are the reference for what should have arrived.
Outcomes
A claim upheld for the buyer is refunded in full to the original payment method, including the shipping you paid. Depending on the case, the seller receives a prepaid return label before the refund is released, or the refund is issued without a return when a return does not make sense. Claims decided for the seller close with the order.
Remorse returns
Whether a seller accepts returns for a change of mind is stated on the listing. When a remorse return is accepted, the item must come back in the condition it was sent, and return shipping is the buyer's unless the seller says otherwise.
Repeated abuse
Claims exist to protect honest buyers from real problems. Accounts that abuse claims lose the ability to make them and can lose the marketplace.
